Please review below for new information concerning the Parish Calendar.
These guidelines apply effective October 1, 2007.
We ask that you submit all dates, locations and times of events and meetings for the year
(through June) as soon as possible. The deadline WAS October 31, 2007, after which events
will be approved by the pastor on a priority basis. Events will be posted on the website,
on the Rectory calendar, weekly in the bulletin and (soon) posted in the lobby of the Church.
All events and meetings requiring use of the school need to be approved by Mrs. Patricia Higgins,
School Principal and given to Ms. Betsy McBride, Pastoral Council secretary.
Events that will be posted on the parish calendar will include:
Parish events, meetings, and fundraisers
PTA meetings, events, and fundraisers
School Board meetings
Ministry meetings
Athletic Association games, practices and meetings
Stonegate events or meetings
School and Rectory closings
Diocesan events as directed
Community events as directed
