St. Andrew the Apostle Parish Community (1963), located in Gibbsboro and comprised of
Catholics from Voorhees and Gibbsboro, takes its roots from St. Edmund's Mission of
Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Berlin (1896). Approximately 2,450 families and 8,100
people worship in an open, contemporary church which includes a small chapel for twice
daily Mass. The congregation has both a large Religious Education and a Youth
Ministry Program to encompass the numerous young families. The Adult Education/Spiritual
Center offers scriptural, spiritual, social and seasonal programs for all adult interests
from young to senior. Sixty ministry areas allow parishioners to serve one another in varied
and vital areas.
