St. Ann Parish, founded in 1895, continues to spread the faith through preaching and teaching. The parish, originally through the direction of Msgr. James Maroney and presently with Msgr. Thomas Fitzsimmons, still flourishes. St. Ann's grade school and Wildwood Catholic High School are educating and directing students in the ways of the faith. The increasing number of summer visitors strains our facilities. The outreach program and RCIA at this resort community should be a model for all to follow. Parish Council, K of C, PTA, Sodality, Holy Name Society, Ushers and Altar Servers, the Sisters and Priests are keeping the Spirit of "Witness to the Faith" alive and well at St. Ann's by the Sea.
