Welcome to St. Stephen School! We are currently accepting registrations for the 2012-2013 school year. We invite all prospective families to tour our school and learn how the St. Stephen School faculty and staff bring our mission to life everyday!

  • Permanent Record Form.pdf
  • Copy of Birth certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer of records form
  • 2 years of standardized test scores and report cards
  • Principal conference with student and parent

Registration requirements:

PreK-3: Child must be three (3) years old by October 1, 2012 and must be toilet-trained.

PreK-4: Child must be four (4) years old by October 1, 2012

Kindergarten: Child must be five (5) years old by October 1, 2012
