St. Thomas More, Cherry Hill

St. Thomas More, Cherry Hill, was erected as a parish by Bishop Guilfoyle on October 29, 1968. The first pastor of the parish was Monsignor John J. Clark, former superintendent of schools of the Diocese and founding principal of the new Camden Catholic High School, Cherry Hill. Mass in the new parish was first celebrated in the chapel of St. Mary's Catholic Home, Cherry Hill, until the completion of St. Thomas More Hall and Center in 1973.
